HSK Chinese language official exams
Montfort students have taken the official HSK 1 and 2 exams. We are sure that after all the work done and the support of the teachers of the Eva Laoshi team, they will achieve excellent results.
It is the only official certificate with worldwide recognition that you can obtain as a proof of your level of Chinese. HSK stands for:
HANYU = 汉语 (hànyǔ), which means “Mandarin Chinese”
SHUIPING = 水平 (shǔipíng), which means “level”
KAOSHI = 考试 (kǎoshì), which means “examination”.
The HSK exam was created by HanBan (the headquarters of the Confucius Institute), an institution directly dependent on the Ministry of Education of China. The purpose of this test is to measure a person’s proficiency in the Mandarin Chinese language through a series of sections that focus on written, spoken and spoken comprehension.
